This shop has given me my worst experience on Etsy, & my worst experience shopping online bar none, & my account is nearly a decade old.
I wanted to return the earrings I ordered, & because I had an issue with my card, this seller, who only made a shop this year & literally didn't know to give FedEx the item to ship, accused me of being suspicious. They claim they're a local New York seller but are actually in Istanbul. And for all that trouble & for how expensive these earrings are, they're cheaply made. The posts soldered on by the thinnest thread on top of the hoop, not smoothly like the listing shows. The posts are too thick for a standard piercing and the hoop is too narrow to fit around my earlobes.
If you're like me, you like to frequent small shops on Etsy. I hope you learn from my mistake & run far away from this one.
