Returns and Exchanges
At Zelveti, each piece is handcrafted with intention. We truly hope you fall in love with yours. However, if for any reason it’s not the perfect match, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging to qualify.
How Returns Work
To request a return, please email returns@zelveti.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is approved:
- We will generate the return shipping label on your behalf.
- The label will be shared with you via email.
- The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return shipping fees are as follows:
- United States & Canada: $50
- Europe: $60
- Rest of the World: $70
Any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us first. Once the returned piece passes our quality inspection, your new piece will enter production.
As most of our designs are made-to-order, production typically takes up to 5 business days. Tracking information will be shared once your replacement has been dispatched.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our craftsmanship, we do not accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Engraved products
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Final sale items
Refund Timeline
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 14 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the amount to reflect on your statement.
Returns requested after the 14-day window may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.
