Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you will be pleased with your order. However, if you change your mind, we are happy to offer 14-day returns. We can only accept returns on undamaged and unworn jewels in the original packaging.

When requesting an item exchange, please mail your item to the return address in the original packaging. The condition of the returned items will be inspected to determine their eligibility for exchange. If the items meet the criteria for exchange, we will approve the exchange request. Once your exchange request is finalized, your new item will be prepared for shipment. Our made-to-order items typically take up to 5 business days for production. You will receive an email notification once your exchange request is finalized, along with tracking information for your replacement item.

Customers are required to cover the shipping charges for returning items. Import or customs fees imposed by the mail carrier are not our responsibility and will not be covered.

We do not accept the return of the following products:

  • Personalized items
  • Engraved products
  • Earrings because of hygiene reasons

To process your return, securely place the item along with your proof of purchase and the return form in its original packaging and then mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 14 day(s) from the receipt of your item to process your return. Upon completion of processing, we will deduct our shipping costs from the refund amount. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
